In the first hour, Barry's guest is none other than John Dean, in his second "Left Field" interview, who talks about his powerful new book, "Conservatives Without Conscience."

 

In the second hour, Barry's guest is yet another current bestselling author, Ron Suskind, who talks about his newest book, "The One Percent Doctrine: Deep Inside America's Pursuit of Its Enemies Since 9/11."

 

And in the third hour, Barry hosts a "roundtable discussion" about the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath with several notable residents of The Crescent City: Grammy-winner Terence Blanchard, who worked on Spike Lee's new documentary "When the Levees Broke"; legendary vocalist John Boutte, who will sing with Stevie Wonder and others at the "One Year Later" concert in the New Orleans Arena this week; and Stacey Tallitsch, author of "The New American Compact" and Democratic candidate for Congress.
